Fashion Proposal

[Project was made in NO true association with Ye, the individual formerly known as Kanye West. In previous to his official Yeezy Fashion show. I nor do any of the members of this projects stand with or condone the inflammatory statements said by Kanye West following such show. ]

Kanye is an inspiration to a large generation. In creative ambition Hani Ofan, Matt Down, and myself put collective talents together and prompted our yeezy season. Creating a collection, campaign, and strategy in example of our great talents, we aimed to show what we could add to the Yeezy team.  While we were able to talk to varied character of the Ye team, the unsolicited nature of the proposal did not advance us as far as we had hoped. Still being able to talk to several high level characters was an accomplishment for those of early career studenthood and a strategic lesson in business proposal.

Fashion is a single part of Yeezy, no character can example the experiential nature of fashion more then Kanye. From aesthetic bases to performance the fashion industry has built itself upon more then textile sample and apparel. The nature of fashion week, High End collection, and in this case music/fashion release parties all aim to emphasize experience and storytelling. We created a full collection and staging for its showing, the fashion and the environment it sits in.
